Membership Service Agreement

This Membership Service Agreement governs paid membership features offered through the App. It supplements the User Agreement and Privacy Policy. By purchasing or using a membership, you accept these terms.

1. Membership Benefits

Available benefits may include access to designated titles, enhanced playback options, reduced advertising, downloads, or other features displayed on the purchase page. Benefits vary by plan, device, account status, and content availability.

2. Plans and Activation

Plan duration, price, billing frequency, included benefits, and any introductory offer will be shown before confirmation. Membership normally begins after the app store confirms payment. You are responsible for reviewing the order details before purchasing.

3. Account Use

Membership is linked to the purchasing account and is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Account credentials and membership benefits may not be sold, transferred, rented, or used to provide a public viewing service. Concurrent use or supported devices may be limited as disclosed in the App.

4. Content and Offline Viewing

A membership does not create ownership rights in any title. Catalog items may be added, replaced, or removed because of rights, legal, technical, or operational requirements. Downloads are temporary licensed copies, may expire, and may require periodic internet verification.

5. Advertising

If a plan includes an advertising-related benefit, certain promotional messages, content sponsorships, live programming, or notices outside regular playback may still appear. The current scope of the benefit is described on the relevant plan page.

6. Recurring Memberships

If a plan renews automatically, renewal terms will be presented before purchase. The app store account used for the transaction will be charged for each new billing period unless renewal is canceled through that store. Additional details appear in the Auto-Renewal Agreement.

7. Cancellation

You may manage or cancel a recurring plan from the subscription settings of the app store used to purchase it. Deleting the App or deleting an account in the App does not necessarily cancel an app-store subscription. After cancellation, access generally continues until the paid period ends.

8. Fees, Taxes, and Refunds

Applicable taxes and the final charge are determined at checkout. Refund eligibility is governed by applicable law and the policy of the app store that processed the payment. If a benefit is not delivered after a confirmed charge, contact us with the order information; do not send passwords or full payment-card details.

9. Trials and Promotions

Trials, discounts, and promotional memberships may have separate eligibility rules and expiration dates. Unless the offer states otherwise, a trial linked to a recurring plan may convert to a paid subscription after the promotional period. The checkout disclosure controls if it conflicts with a general description in this Agreement.

10. Changes to Benefits or Price

We may adjust future plan benefits or prices. Material price changes for recurring plans will be handled through the relevant app-store process and any consent required by law or platform rules. Changes do not alter a completed billing period except where legally required.

11. Misuse and Suspension

We may restrict or terminate membership access for fraud, chargeback abuse, account compromise, unlawful activity, or material violation of these terms. Where appropriate, we may request reasonable verification before restoring access.

12. Service Availability

We use reasonable care to operate the service, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, network conditions, device compatibility, or third-party platform issues may temporarily affect membership features.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from membership use. Nothing in this Agreement excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Updates and Contact
